Shipping, Local Delivery & Pick Up Options

SHIPPING: We offer shipping within Australia through Australia Post service.

You can choose between express $20 or standard shipping $15. Our wax melts are only $5 to ship if only purchasing wax melts.

For orders over $80 (standard) or over $100 (express), we offer free shipping.

Orders will be shipping within 48 hours of placing the order and depending on the shipping option, it will take 1-7 business days to arrive.

PICK UP & LOCAL DELIVERY: If you're in the Lake Macquarie or Newcastle areas, we also offer delivery. And if you're nearby, you can pick up your order from our location in Wangi Wangi, NSW by appointment.

Orders will be ready between 6 hours to 48 hours and deliveries will be arrive within 48 hours.

Do You Wholesale?

Yes! We do we offer different options for wholesaling to providing direct product, that you can manage or we can manage the stock within your business and restock as per needed. Contact us for further information and pricing.

At MOC Home, we value your feedback and take pride in our products. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have a faulty product, please contact us via the contact form, attaching images and detailed information of the issue. Our customer care team will be in contact and we will offer a full refund or replacement if the product is deemed faulty. While we do not accept change of mind refunds, we are always open to discussing your feedback and determining what is possible.

Minimizing Waste

At MOC Home we are passionate about minimizing wastage for our Earth. We are happy to refill candles glassware, that MOC Home brand, diffusers and soap pump bottles. You must be located in the Lake Macquarie and Newcastle area. You will receive a 15% discount for these products.

We will be stocking reused glassware within our range for you online for our National customers and these will be discounted for you.
